OPenClaw Standard vs. Pro: Key Differences – Which Plan Fits Your Needs?

OpenClaw

OPenClaw, a practical tool in the AI voice agent space, offers Standard and Pro plans to meet different call scenarios. This guide compares the two across feature modules, call limits, and add-on services, helping you quickly spot the differences and avoid picking the wrong version and wasting your money.

Call Allowance & Concurrency

The Standard plan includes 1,000 minutes of voice call time per subscription with single-channel concurrency—ideal for individual developers testing or small projects running logic. The Pro plan bumps that to 5,000 minutes and unlocks five-channel concurrency, so enterprise-level applications can handle multiple customer calls at once without delays from queuing.

Note that the Standard plan caps monthly calls at 500; beyond that, you pay per minute. The Pro plan has no call limit—extra fees only kick in when the total minutes run out. If you’re planning bulk AI outbound calls, the Pro plan is more cost-effective.

Voice Models & Customization

The Standard plan uses the base "Titan-1" voice model, supporting Chinese and English with three fixed voice options. The Pro plan unlocks the "Nova-2" enhanced model, expanding voice choices to twenty and automatically adjusting speaking speed and emotional tone based on context—sounding much more human-like.

On customization, the Pro plan allows uploading your own enterprise-specific script library and interrupt strategies—for example, switching to a calming script when a customer mentions "refund." The Standard plan can only use default flow templates. For teams needing a branded voice experience, the Pro plan’s customization is a must.

Integrations & Data Export

The Standard plan supports manual dialing only via the web interface, with recordings saved as MP3 files for 7 days—no batch export. The Pro plan opens an API to connect with CRM and ticketing systems, automatically syncing data to customer profiles. It also supports real-time transcription, keeps conversation logs for 90 days, and allows CSV/JSON export.

Additionally, the Pro plan includes a live monitoring dashboard showing key metrics like answer rate, average conversation duration, and intent hit rate. The Standard plan only displays total calls and failures. If your team relies on data to optimize scripts, the Pro plan’s data capabilities are essential.

Pricing & Upgrade Tips

The Standard plan costs around $120/year, while the Pro plan is $480/year—the gap is reasonable given the feature jump. Individual developers or small test scenarios are fine with the Standard plan. Teams with formal customer service or sales outbound needs should go straight to the Pro plan, avoiding the hassle of reconfiguring later due to insufficient limits.

OPenClaw currently offers a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. We recommend trying the concurrency and customization features before deciding. Both plans support quarterly subscriptions for added flexibility.
