Google I/O 2026: Gemini 3.5 Pro and Android XR Take the Spotlight

At the 2026 Google I/O developer conference, Google unveiled a range of new features powered by Gemini, spanning Search, Android XR, and several core services. Among the highlights, Gemini 3.5 Pro is currently in beta and is expected to launch fully next month. Meanwhile, Google introduced Gemini Spark, which will roll out next week to Google AI Ultra subscribers in the US.
